Thank you Steven for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry that we let you down. The service you received fell short of the standard we aim to provide, and I take that seriously. Two solicitors handling your matter left the firm before your instructions were completed, and the handover between teams wasn't managed well enough. That was our responsibility to get right, and we didn't. I've since put measures in place to improve communication and document-handling between teams, so this doesn't happen to other clients. I'm grateful for the trust you placed in us, and it's been a genuine pleasure meeting with you both. I'd welcome the opportunity to act for you again on any Wills and Estate Planning matters, and to show you the improved standard of service you should have received the first time.

Based on a recommendation, I switched my conveyancing from my previous solicitors (who were *so* slow and unresponsive!) to Clarke and Son. Dealing with Simon was so much better’ - he kept me up to date and whenever I mailed a question, I had an answer back promptly, often within minutes of my email. On the occasions when he was out of office, he had cover arranged and responses were similarly quick and helpful. Dealing with a house sale is not an everyday occurrence to me so the process feels a bit intimidating but knowing that Simon was there and his being so responsive was a great help.
