I regularly deal with the Court of Protection in particular for Deputyship Applications.

    Thank you Steven for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry that we let you down. The service you received fell short of the standard we aim to provide, and I take that seriously. Two solicitors handling your matter left the firm before your instructions were completed, and the handover between teams wasn't managed well enough. That was our responsibility to get right, and we didn't. I've since put measures in place to improve communication and document-handling between teams, so this doesn't happen to other clients. I'm grateful for the trust you placed in us, and it's been a genuine pleasure meeting with you both.
