I regularly deal with the Court of Protection in particular for Deputyship Applications.

    Update Will

    We updated our wills which had last been done in 2008. We were also recommended to do a private trust fund on our house so we both own 50% of the property. In the event of one of us going into a care home in years to come 50% of the house value would be protected from Care Home fees.
