I am the Head of the Commercial Real Estate Team at Clarke & Son and have many years of experience in the Commercial Property sector including having worked for 13 years in the City. I deal with all aspects of commercial property work including sales acquisitions, lettings and management, and specialise in the retail sector having acted for a number of household name retailers. I also act for developers in the acquisition of sites for both commercial and residential development. I place particular importance on going the extra step for clients and getting to know their business well so that I can adapt my working practices to suit their needs. My aim is to build up a good rapport with my clients so that they get to know me and also that they can trust me to provide them with the necessary support that they need.
