The integrity of Lichfield Reynolds is lackin and the passion for delivering good customer service does not exist within the organisation. The staff are incompetent and very unwilling to support the pursuit of justice. There truly is not a worse legal firm to choose if your livelihood or common existence is at risk even if provided by legal aid. ( I did not qualify for legal aid despite losing my job as a result of their incompetence) This firm will promote miscarriages of justice as being good for business as if you are naive enough like me to trust them to follow up your appeal. They could not expose 3 perjury’s lies in the Magistrates court dispite the lead complainant being unable to string two sentences together without losing his cool and raising his voice. Very poor preliminary research and disastrous follow up service: A nightmare of an experience. Steer well clear!
