Kind & professional, case dismissed
Mark Dooley is very kind firstly. He gave me honest advice on what to do & my case was dismissed. He was very confident on what I should do, I took his word and he was right. I’d recommend him to anyone. He shows compassion and professionalism.

Legal reprosentation

Legal Assistance required

Initially was introduced to another firm who simply fed me incorrect advice simply for large amounts of money.

Best in class! - Court representation
Mark Dooley acted at very short notice AND Court representation in another city. I attempted to google Solicitors close to the out-of-town Courthouse however never felt any confidence in any briefing by various local solicitors prior to court attendance.
A colleague and friend referred me to Mark Dooley and WOW!. At the first call, he demonstrated his knowledge, experience and still made time for an office meeting and a court pre-review in advance. (we had 3 days prior to court). Mark went through ALL possible scenarios and potential outcomes. Surprisingly, Mark was also familiar with the court out-of-town and represented me with confidence. I was successful and the outcome was in my favour after standing with mark in court. I will now ONLY use mark going forward.
