My personal experience on a number of occasions using this firm has always been exceptional. I cannot thank Mark Dooley enough for the time and effort he takes in dealing with my cases. I have been found not guilty twice using him, something that has never happened when using other solicitors. Recently i was found not guilty at Wigan Magistrates for s39 assault after trial due to Mr Dooleys experience and interrogation of witnesses. Thank you Mark!!!

I cannot thank Mark Dooley at Favell Smith & Lawsons enough for everything he did for me. From representing me at the police station, through being charged, and all the way to my Crown Court hearings, he supported me every step of the way. When it seemed almost impossible, Mark successfully secured my release on bail from court. He also achieved the dismissal of one of the charges, and my case proceeded to sentencing on the remaining two counts. The barrister Mark instructed represented me to an exceptionally high standard, presenting my case with professionalism and skill. Given that an immediate custodial sentence was a very real possibility, the final outcome of a suspended sentence was an outstanding result. I am incredibly grateful to Mark Dooley, the colleagues from the firm who attended me at the police station, and the barrister he instructed. If you’re looking for a solicitor who is dedicated, knowledgeable, and will fight for the best possible outcome, I would highly recommend Mark Dooley and the team at Favell Smith & Lawsons.
I cannot recommend Favell Smith & Lawson Solicitors highly enough. I recently had a very stressful motoring case at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court and from the very beginning the team were professional, supportive and extremely knowledgeable. On my first court appearance on 5 March, Kaidee Brown represented me. She was calm, well prepared and made me feel reassured during what was my first ever experience in court. Her professionalism and clear communication helped me stay confident throughout the hearing. My case was then handled more closely by Mark Dooley, Director at the firm, who took the time to review everything carefully and guide me through the process. His experience and attention to detail were outstanding. He explained every step clearly and made sure I understood my options.
