Lucy was unbelievably patient, taking time to discuss issues and our concerns, Lucy was incredibly knowledgeable, and skilled, resolving matters for us swiftly and favourably. Lucy’s communication was second to none, responding to every call and email promptly and thoroughly and she helped massively in relieving our stress and anxieties regarding this matter. Lucy is incredibly professional but also very supportive and personable and we would not hesitate to recommend. Also of note, is that whilst less confident with technology, we were keen to have an in person appointment and no other firm or solicitor offered this, even for a fee. I had a really positive experience with this accident solicitors firm, and in particular with Grace, who dealt with my case. From the beginning, Grace made the whole experience feel very personal, rather than making me feel like I was just another case number. Time was unfortunately running out, as my claim needed to be progressed and court proceedings issued within three years of the accident. I had already contacted several other solicitors, but unfortunately they had turned my case away. Thankfully, I found this firm just in time. Grace took the time to listen, understand my situation and guide me through the process. She was professional, approachable and always made me feel that my case genuinely mattered.
