Worked with Stacey on my MIB claim - I was given a lot of advice and I was always fully informed on what was happening etc. Communication was brilliant and the handling of my claim was excellent even when challenges and bumps in the road occurred. Absolutely brilliant and professional service. Ours was not the most straightforward house chain as multiple issues further down the chain lead to delays. Emma who dealt with our sale and purchase was absolutely outstanding, very friendly and on the ball with all actions needed, she was always available on the phone or via email when needed.
I would definitely recommend best solicitors and will use again in the future!!

Solicitors can sound like such a daunting experience but this really was the opposite. The ladies on Reception were so lovely from the moment I took my mum in so that she could review her Will.
We didn’t realise the importance of Lasting Powers of Attorney until Alicia advised us, so thank you so much we feel much more at ease now.
Really nice experience and would use them again for other matters if required.
