We were looking to make a couples will & reached out to a few firms. While the pricing across firms was more or less similar, we were really impressed by the service we received from Best Solicitors. I want to call out the exceptional service we received from Ellie Whitehead, right from the first interaction. She was patient, took time to understand our needs & explained our options. Once we had a discussion, we took time to think through the advise & discuss with our financial consultant/ accountant. Ellie was very patient and gave us the space to do what we needed to do before going back to her with the final confirmation. Once we confirmed, the rest of the process felt seamless, with Ellie taking time to share the draft document & follow up responses to questions we had. While Ellie had moved over to their new office, she took the time/accountability of relationship to personally come & help complete the documentation. She explained the specifics one last time before we signed the document & gave it to Best Solicitors to store on our behalf. Ellie is a credit to your organisation. Best Solicitors have earned a customer for life. I highly recommend your firm & you will definitely see a few referrals from friends/family.
