We were looking to make a couples will & reached out to a few firms. While the pricing across firms was more or less similar, we were really impressed by the service we received from Best Solicitors. I want to call out the exceptional service we received from Ellie Whitehead, right from the first interaction. She was patient, took time to understand our needs & explained our options. Once we had a discussion, we took time to think through the advise & discuss with our financial consultant/ accountant. Ellie was very patient and gave us the space to do what we needed to do before going back to her with the final confirmation. Once we confirmed, the rest of the process felt seamless, with Ellie taking time to share the draft document & follow up responses to questions we had. While Ellie had moved over to their new office, she took the time/accountability of relationship to personally come & help complete the documentation. She explained the specifics one last time before we signed the document & gave it to Best Solicitors to store on our behalf. Ellie is a credit to your organisation. Best Solicitors have earned a customer for life. I highly recommend your firm & you will definitely see a few referrals from friends/family.

We found Best Solicitors via the Free Wills Month scheme and had really good service. Everything was very clearly explained and they were patient and didn't mind going over things when we had questions. Correspondence was prompt, appointments were on time and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I must admit to feeling somewhat daunted about making my will however Ellie put me totally at ease and it really wasn't as difficult as I'd envisaged.
Friendly, good communication and adaptable to the changes I wished to make.

Just completed two transactions with Kerrie Neath (a sale and a purchase). Communication with Kerrie was nothing short of frustrating. There was no proactivity from Kerrie whatsoever, we only got to find out what was happening when our estate agent informed us or we called for an update. We once went three weeks without hearing anything at all. The worst occasion was when I made my usual enquiry on a Friday about a progress report only to be told “ I have received the enquiries today from the Buyer’s Solicitors so I have not looked at these yet.” I called on Monday noon to find out why she couldn’t look at the enquiry on Friday and Kerrie seemed to think it was ok to leave this unknown question not only unanswered but unopened. Very frustrating and I can not recommend this solicitor

Raised this before and I’ll raise it again.. getting nowhere with best solicitors. Half the time she’s not even in. Debating just leaving all together and filing to court and representing myself. I literally have no options and getting no support/answers 🥴

I'm a first time buyer and was recommended this firm. I have to say my experience was not great at all. There seemed to be constant unnecessary delays, rude and unprofessional exchanges via email, and lack of communication. I guess I might have been unlucky or maybe expected too much? But I didn't feel as if I was looked after as a customer. I was buying my property off my mother. My solicitor didn't even think to email me telling me we'd completed the sale. I found this out through my mother and had the email my solicitor asking if this was accurate. This was over a week later and excuse was busyness. I would not use them again.

We used Best Solicitors following a recommendation from a family member. We were needing assistance regarding residential conveyancing and were supported by Bethan and her colleagues throughout the entire process. All were incredibly knowledgeable and provided a professional service every step of the way. Becoming a first-time homeowner is a very exciting but confusing process with so many different hurdles but, Bethan explained everything in simple terms ensuring I understood what each part of the process meant for my partner and I.
The team were quick to respond to any questions I had (no matter how silly!) whether it be by phone or email which put me at ease and took a lot of the stress away - thank you!

The truth is solicitors are normal people. We’re frustrated and delighted by the same things as you. The perception that solicitors are distant and difficult only prevents the most vulnerable people from seeking help – and that injustice troubles me deeply.
