Excellent Service
From the start to the finish we were kept fully informed of what we needed to do and what had been done. We felt at ease at such a stressful time because we knew Best Solicitors were in control.

Excellent process
Kerrie was excellent at keeping us informed during a tricky house move where a sale initially fell through.
The service we received was very calming and all correspondence was swift.
All questions were explained and we found the whole process very smooth.

Smooth efficient process
We have recently completed purchase on our first property. Kerrie and Bethan have been incredible from start to finish. They were incredibly efficient and fast! Sorting out our paperwork and having all relevant paperwork checked and completed 2-3months prior to completion. They chased our sellers solicitors really regularly and kept us in the loop at every single stage.
We could not have asked for a better service.

Attentive & efficient
I am really pleased that I went with Best. Having previously bought a home and having a nightmare with solicitors i was a bit nervous. However, the service I received was amazing. The team were always quick to respond to email and if I rang the office they picked up fast and took my call and dealt with my queries then. I never had to chase someone for a phone call (which previously was a nightmare when i last bought!).
They were quick to pull up issues and didn't let them go - actually potentially saving me quite a bit of money were they not raised!
Bethan & Kerrie were both very friendly during the process too which made the whole process much more enjoyable.
I would recommended this team to anyone looking for conveyancing and I would 100% use again.
