I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Michelle for their exceptional support, professionalism, and clarity during what was an extremely stressful and uncertain time for me. From the outset, they treated me with respect, listened carefully, and ensured I fully understood my legal position and rights throughout the process.
Their calm and composed approach during the voluntary interview provided reassurance, and their advice was always clear, pragmatic, and grounded in experience. I was arrested back in December and with the support of Hamzah and Shah Hague I was given a conditional caution which was a favourable result.
however a few weeks ago I was given a court summons for failing to comply with one of the conditions - this was completely out of my control and really frustrating.
I contacted Hamzah Shah for advice and support and within minutes this was given - which was greatly appreciated.
Matt Hague was assigned my case and met me for my initial hearing at the SMC. Leading up to meeting Matt I was extremely nervous about the whole situation but that went away soon as I met Matt. His manner and knowledge immediately put me at ease and I felt like a friend was in my corner which was amazing. The initial hearing was adjourned for 2 weeks.
I arrived for the second hearing and within minutes of meeting Matt again he had managed to ensure the prosecutor withdrew which was amazing for me. This outcome would simply not have been possible without his support and skill.
Thankyou so much for all of your help from minute one it has been invaluable to me and my family.

Use Matt all the time from this firm he’s the boy should have walked out of court with a ban and a big fine walked out with 6 points and a little fine if your not using this guy for any matters at court you deserve to go jail get on him if you actually want a good day in court cause he will make it happen

The best solicitor I have had to help with a 3 year case of anti social behaviour. Was charged on section 5 public order act. May 20203. Had micheal as my solicitor when charged was very helpful and professional. Mr Hague represented me as my barista on my case. I have been suffering from help issues for 3 years. He and the his team were very professional and understanding to my needs. My case was dropped with no criminal record or fine. I was given financial aid to cover legal fees. I would recommend this legal firm to all 😁👍
