We received excellent advice and support from Lauren at a difficult time for us (my father having just died) and although I had a go at sorting out registring a trust and probate, it ws just one thing too many at the time and Taylor Bracewell did it all for us, with no hassle.

We undertook a couples will through Will Aid. The process couldn't have been easier. Although it was Will Aid and not direct with Taylor Bracewell, I believe we received the same level of service as I can't see how it could have been better. Our wills were a little different and we were advised how to ensure our wishes were carried out. As Will Aid is a charity, Taylor Bracewell receive no income. What a fantastic charity to be involvd with at the own cost, credit to them for this.

Why didn't we do this years ago? We completed our will and testament with the assistance of Catherine Meenaghan at Taylor Bracewell, who made the task easy and pleasant to complete. All communications and documentation was dealt with promptly and accuratley. Catherine's knowledge is clear and concise, she made the process so easy to understand, which put us at ease. Catherine is a refreshing young lady, who has many transferable skills, she is an asset to Taylor Bracewell. For anyone who has fear or hesitation with regards to completing a will and testament, we would most definitley highly recommend Catherine at Taylor Bracewell Solicitors. Such a pleasant experience and no further worries or delays.

We bought out first house using Taylor Bracewell. Andrew was very helpful and super responsive whenever we had any questions or needed any help with anything, he was there to answer them. I would recommend Taylor Bracewell to anyone looking to purchase a property.

Shocking experience. I consulted them about a Will under free Wills month. I wasn't happy with the draft or the vast amount of pages of client care and terms of business letter which was impossible to understand. I therefore sent everything back and said I did not wish to proceed to finality. They then raised a bill for over £200 which I didn't pay due to the fact it was prepared under the free Wills month scheme. I would have still been more than happy to pay the suggested amount of £100.00 to charity. They told me I couldn't do this and I should refer to client care letter which I no longer had. Again I said I didn't think I should be paying for something I hadn't received. Again I offered to proceed with the Will and pay the contribution to charity but they refused. They then proceeded to issue court proceedings against me now with extra charges making this now over £300. They were unapproachable and aggressive when speaking with their representatives. One of them even called me at nearly 7pm at night chasing the money. I think they probably didn't pass any of the money to charity. Not a very great example of a good Solicitors!!
