I've recently purchased the house I've been renting for a good number of years. Nothing was straightforward including a land issue that delayed the sale for 6 months (very thankful for mortgage extensions) Mark and his assistant Becky have been brilliant from the start. I've always been kept in the loop and received prompt replies to questions. They have been professional and courteous throughout. I will use their services again when required and can't recommend them highly enough.

Could not have wished for better
Mark Walton and his assistant, Becky Clewes, were fantastic. We could not have wished for better. We presented Mark with an extremely short time frame for completion on our sale, which he achieved. Well done and thanks to both.

Amazing Company
What a fantastic Company and people to work with. Mark Walton, a partner and Becky completed our recent Sale and purchase of properties, and to say it wasnt easy would be an understatement. The Company they were working with on our sale were very difficult to say the least, but Mark and Becky just took it in their stride, and batted on. We finally completed on the 30/11/23 after some 5 turbulent months for them. What I will say to anyone looking for any Conveyancing, is please contact Mark and Becky, as they will do away with any worries and take everything in their stride. Purchase of a retirement property
The professionalism, understanding and kindness shown to my mum and me during the purchase of the property was outstanding. Mark and Becky dealt with all our queries in a timely manner and when needed gave time to us to make sure we had an understanding of the legal language. We can and will recommend Taylor Bracewell to anyone needing the use of a solicitor.

Sale of a family home

Beck Clewes, Help with Property Sale
I sold my property and used Taylor Bracewell for the first time.
All I can say is that they were excellent from start to finish.
They were professional, courteous and honestly couldn't be more helpful, I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them.
Even after the sale went through and everything had been settled I had a small issue with some paperwork I had mislaid, I went back to Becky and she literally sorted it out for me in minutes, now that is GREAT Customer Service!
If you want good service at a very reasonable price then Taylor Bracewell should be your first call.

First rate service as usual
Initially unsure about internet conveyancing but later found the personal touch still remained. Special thanks to Stephen Coates and Sarah in the Trust team and Mark Walton and Becky in the conveyancing team. After about 40 years of going to Taylor Bracewell for any legal questions I am more than happy to continue to do so.

Remortgage
Once again we would like to thank Mark Walton & Becky Clewes for all the hard work they once again done for us. As always excellent work from start to finish very efficient, always replied to emails + calls quickly we cannot thank them enough for all the help and support as always.
