Had to downsize due to my wife's failing health, its been a challenge finding a bungalow last year to buy and move into. We needed to sell our original family home this year. What a fantastic Company and people to work with. Mark Walton, a partner and Becky completed our recent Sale and purchase of properties, and to say it wasnt easy would be an understatement. The Company they were working with on our sale were very difficult to say the least, but Mark and Becky just took it in their stride, and batted on. We finally completed on the 30/11/23 after some 5 turbulent months for them. I've recently purchased the house I've been renting for a good number of years. Nothing was straightforward including a land issue that delayed the sale for 6 months (very thankful for mortgage extensions) Mark and his assistant Becky have been brilliant from the start.
