I haven't had to deal with a solicitor for a house sale for nearly 40 years and this seemed a daunting task but Mark dealt with everything. Communication was excellent either by phone or mail. I was kept up to date with everything that was happening and it all ran so smoothly. I can't thank Mark and his team enough. I will definitely use Taylor Bracewell again.

My divorce became protracted and vicious. Taylor Bracewell were ill equipped to deal with an applicant with limitless funds to pay for legal representation and in my opinion made errors in the way the matter was handled. The barrister recommended by Taylor Bracewell was unbelievably poor arriving to hearings with no real knowledge of my case and therefore wasn't able to adequately defend my position. At one hearing he couldn't even remember my name

After 2 weeks of phone calls to get them to send the initial paperwork for our property sale, we finally gave up and went elsewhere. Maybe they've just got too much work on at the moment and can't cope. Use another law firm, would be my advice.

Our mortgage broker recommended Taylor Bracewell to help with the purchase of our first home. We are so glad we went with his recommendation.
They were on the ball throughout the entire process and kept us informed the whole time.
Emails were promptly replied to, and any questions were answered. We completed in just over 15 weeks, which would have been sooner through no fault of Taylor Bracewell.
Thank you to Kirsten, Mark & Gail who were all involved in our purchase.
Would recommend them to any first time buyers!

I want to make a honest review of that company. I bought with them a property couple years ago and know we are in the process of second. A first one was incredible fast and smooth. HOWEVER a current one which we are in the process is taking absolutely too long and a communication with a solicitor is just horrendous. I know that most people are busy but if i pay for a service i expect a top communication with a fast service. I dont know what happened with a company since the last time but is getting worse and worse.
