Absolutely brilliant service by James C and all the reception staff from start to finish. James wasn’t like your typical solicitor “hard to get hold of” always stayed in touch throughout the exchange answering all my questions and enquiries clearly and fast. I will definitely be using this firm again and most definitely will be asking for James.

Excellent Service — Would Highly Recommend!
Taylor Bracewell were recommended to us by a friend when we were looking for help with the Voluntary First Registration of my Mum’s house. James was the Solicitor assigned to our case, and has provided calm, considered, thorough advice throughout the process, whilst ensuring that all of the explanations were still accessible & understandable for a layperson.
Due to personal circumstances, the house Registration needed to be submitted as a high-priority request to Land Registry, and James was able to action this extremely quickly & efficiently. For a process that can often take a minimum of 12 months, if not longer, with James’s help it was possible for the Land Registry to prioritise our submission, and confirmation of completion was received in less than four weeks! This would be impressive regardless, but one of these weeks was also when TB was closed over the Christmas/New Year period!
James is friendly and approachable, and has provided an exceptional, professional service, minimising stress for our family at a challenging time. We would highly recommend Taylor Bracewell, and particularly James for any conveyancing/property matters - our family will certainly not be using any other company!

Excellent
We were recommended Taylor Bracewell by friends who had recently purchased a house.
The communication and service we received from James was excellent the whole way through which made both the sale and the purchase much easier that we’d expected.

Brilliant Service, Would Certainly Recommend
During the purchase of my first house, James delivered an extremely professional service, with regular updates throughout. Through stressful, last minute changes in circumstances on my end, he was quick and calm in his responses and in arranging what was needed to allow things to proceed. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, however many times I emailed in a day.

Sophie and James smashed it!
Both Sophie and James have been brilliant helping us to buy our house. James has been calmly efficient and Sophie has done brilliantly to negotiate some complex financial issues with us. Sophie's manner is very calm, cheerful, relaxed and reassuring and she has also been superbly efficient and professional with us.
