I can wholeheartedly recommend this firm. All staff were extremely helpful and my solicitor, Mr Andrew Smith went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. There were multiple discrepancies in the paperwork submitted by the seller, which caused a number of problems. Mr Andrew Smith assisted me with each single one and potentially saved me thousands of pounds in the future. He was tenacious and meticulous in his work, I appreciate it greatly! After hearing stories about how arduous the conveyancing process is, we weren’t very optimistic. However, the service we received from Andrew Smith was fantastic. He promptly replied to emails and telephone queries and kept us updated throughout the process. From offer to completion, he ensured that everything ran smoothly.
