After hearing stories about how arduous the conveyancing process is, we weren’t very optimistic. However, the service we received from Andrew Smith was fantastic. He promptly replied to emails and telephone queries and kept us updated throughout the process. From offer to completion, he ensured that everything ran smoothly. We would absolutely use Taylor Bracewell again.

Residential property purchase
We have used Taylor Bracewell for many years for several types of legal work. This time it was Andrew Smith that dealt with our needs and we are most impressed with all aspects of the work he did for us. Would recommend him for his manner, speed of communication, efficieny and attention to detail. Most helpful. Paperwork, emails and calls all faultless. 10/10.

Professionally delivered

Assent of my late father's property

Excellent Service
I recently updated my Will and had a Declaration of Trust drawn up for my property. Both matters were dealt with efficiently, promptly and professionally. I would have no hesitation recommending Taylor Bracewell to any potential future clients,. I would definitely use them again myself.

Excellent Law Firm, Would Highly Recommend!
I have just purchased my first home and decided to instruct Taylor Bracewell, due to the excellent service I knew they provided. This was exactly what I received.
I was assigned Andrew Smith who is extremely knowledgeable in his profession, friendly, professional and approachable.
Andrew is surrounded by a fantastic team and I would like to also mention James Colquhoun for all his hard work and excellent communication throughout.
Andrew helped and guided me along every step of the way from instruction to completion and was always on the other end of the phone or email, should I of had any questions or concerns.
