Kathryn represented my son in the youth court . She guided us through the process knowledgeably negotiating an outcome which made common sense to all despite the initial technical legal hurdles to overcome . Guided us through a difficult time with confidence and we felt in good hands . I thank Kathryn and the wider Howells Team for the professionalism but also the broader human understanding shown to us. Great service recommend to all

I have never used a solicitor before and I was very wary of who I should use and if it would cost me a fortune. I have to say I was more than impressed from the service that I received from Rachel. It was a very sensitive issue and she showed empathy and support throughout keeping me fully informed every step of the journey. She showed no judgement and made me feel at ease throughout. Every time I contacted her it was never too much trouble to speak to me and show empathy. The cost was more than value for money especially when other solicitors were charging ridiculous prices for a service. I would 100% recommend Rachel and SlaterHeelis. You not only achieved a positive outcome but also gave me my life back. Thank you
