Restored my faith in the legal system

After a massive error by my previous law firm I felt so massively let down by the justice system and thought I was going to prison. With the instruction of these guys, everything changed. Every email was received and replied to promptly. Everything that was needed from me to help my case was asked for. Communication and customer service was fantastic. Court is a very daunting place to be and you guys made such an effort to make me feel calm. Your warming smiles and calming tones didn't go unnoticed thankyou. I suffer with autism and adhd, along with other things and these guys were fantastic with me before they even knew. I’m now a free man and can live the rest of my life working hard, and staying away from bad influences, all thanks to the good work of these guys. Special thanks to Mollie Wroe, Matthew Bean, and Andre Pickin for your brilliant advice and legal advice. Thanks to Michelle Waterworth & Natalie Brotherton for your honest and understanding reports. I don’t know if all of you will see this review, but you saved my life so thanks. I wish you all the best in your prospective careers.

Representation

The Johnson partnership sheffield office recently represented me in a particular stressful painful and just really awful court appearance regarding a year I’d rather forget to be honest. The only saving grace was meeting one of there staff a young lady called Lucy hooper who was professional sturdy very to the point and full of knowledge and advise to someone in my plight. The outcome of the case was far better than expected mainly completely due to Lucy.I have now put the most horrendous year ever behind me thanx to Lucy hooper from the Johnson partnership sheffield kind regards

Worst firm I ever used.

I decided to go back to these after I changed the last solicitor, didn't give me advice about the outcome of changing pleas they left it to the trial date instead of informing the court I was going guilty when they had enough time beforehand , made out that everything be OK, never brought up in court how the victim had been trying to intimidate me and how arrogant he was talking to me ( victim recorded me on his mobile phone ) told the judge money not a issue though I was getting food parcels, told the judge I got pip fortnightly when it was once a month I ended up paying courtcost thanks to the delay in communication, on top of the fine and surcharge , amazing how this firm has a solicitor who was done for breaking a receptionist jaw yet failed to defend me properly, had cheek to say at end of the courtcase he should have told me the guilty pleas outcome but never, this firm don't care about you if you not paying them , if you on legal aid forget this c... firm , not ever use these again .

About this branch

Description

The Johnson Partnership is one of the largest criminal law firm in England and Wales. We've achieved that status by being the best. We provide 24 hour emergency cover to handle arrests and interviews, and our team can take you through every part of the criminal justice process. Most cases begin with an arrest or interview by the police. If you are going to be interviewed you should always have a solicitor with you. It is free so you won't have to pay anything, and with our specialist team of police station advisors we can make sure you receive the best advice, whatever time of day or night. If the police believe that you have committed a crime then you may be charged and have to attend court. We have a dedicated team of solicitors who can represent you in court and advise you about the best course of action. Our advice is always personalised to you, to what is best in your individual situation. We will make sure that we explain everything clearly and help you to make the right decisions about how your case should go forward. Although the majority of cases are dealt with in the Magistrates Court some cases go to the Crown Court. We will help you decide whether that is right for your case, and if it does then we have a specialist team of Crown Court advocates and caseworkers who will conduct your case for you. We always work as a team with you. We will explain all the options that you have and how your case may go forward. Our goal in every case is to get the best possible outcome for you. As well as our general criminal teams we also have a specialist fraud department and a specialist prison law team.
