Blinding solicitor

Would thoroughly recommend this solicitor have had a few experiences of solicitors not to good but she managed to tie my witness up in knots leading me to a not guilty verdict on two occasions very persuasive arguments put forward to cps as to why certain evidence should be used would highly recommend

Robin an Alex

I was represented by Alex from hull he was absolutely amazing a credit to this area an more so as he is still a trainee . Alex represents me at police station an I felt very comfortable an in safe hands . I’m 41 an this guy is late 20.s
Regardless his complete representation was excellent .
From the 1st representation and knowing I will be appearing at court following day . Alex instructed his college robin smith to represent me at court . Unfortunately robins efforts were not welcomed by the judge an I ended up being held on remand .

Robin smith notified my next of kin the situation an I was informed by robin of what will happen .

While I was held on remand I kept in contact with Alex on many occasions an although he was limited in what he could do or say due to his position in the firm Alex was an absolute legend an his words were “ if I can help or you need anything let me no “
His comments were reassuring .

I was supposed to he represented by the hull branch however I got transferred to the Nottingham branch .
My experience an representation from the barristers were beyond competent I’d rather say dismal an unprofessional.
The paralegals were immature , unprofessional and full of attitude, Mis leading of the truth , considering there position of trust
The service was appalling .

I did have a conversation from Lincoln prison with a paralegal that if I was paying out of my own pocket I would get better service .

I was judged by the barrister at crown court an badgerd to plead guilty
I didn’t .

As I had no faith in this firm in Nottingham I had to educate my self in law . An write my own defends statement an luckily the governor allowed me to pass it onto my visitor to hand over to my friend to Type up an email to Laura Briggs
If anyone ever has Laura Briggs or represented by Nottingham branch walk away quick .

Now I spent 5 months never speaking to a solicitor after 5 letters an I lost count of phone calls I made requesting that .
I requested the evidence held against me an was sent after 3 requests.
I was judged wrongly an treated like I was bad .

Luckily I had my probation officer to help we’re she could’ an they contacted this branch on my behalf as I was ignored completely, misinformed, not informed.

When it came to trial the barrister allocated at crown court was exceptional.
An result went in my favour .

Since I was released I had a pending matter to which Alex initially dealt with then passed on to robin smith an his advice an help was brilliant . The end result was robin represented me for sentencing an he was a credit to his area . It seems the cps are very poor luckily I had one of the best representation to me .

So I was going to go to the legal ombudsman wit her regards to Nottingham branch however I’m sure you cover your mistakes like a politician.

So to the top dogs of Johnson’s partnerships

An to the public

Robin smith an Alex ( apologises I have forgot his surname )

Your lucky you Have these on your team

Wit him regards m dale

My experience with harriot

I couldn’t recommend harriot anymore, I turned up to the office in chesterfield having left a previous firm who I felt was not dealing with my case with the correct professionalism, I arrived the most shattered, broken, and depressed I’ve ever felt and on the verge of ending my life looking at a very very heavy sentence for something I was utterly innocent of, and she’s been dealing the case against me for a year and a half which has finally came to an end.. and honestly she has been my backbone from the start till the end I’ve never felt so much confidence in a defence solicitor before. every single doubt I had I was completely assured and any question I had was never left unanswered or felt like it left with more to ask, she also created a safe space where I could talk uttlery from the rawest of heart and feel no judgement or dismissal. I would describe harriot as very professional, well informed, and very determined with a do or die trying attitude, but also so sincere and friendly I felt a very genuine professional lawyer/client bond such a pleasure and breath of fresh air to interact with everytime, an absolute 10/10 experience definitely a jobsworth, and if I ever find myself in a bad situation again which i hope I do not I know exactly who I’ll be getting in touch with

Restored my faith in the legal system

After a massive error by my previous law firm I felt so massively let down by the justice system and thought I was going to prison. With the instruction of these guys, everything changed. Every email was received and replied to promptly. Everything that was needed from me to help my case was asked for. Communication and customer service was fantastic. Court is a very daunting place to be and you guys made such an effort to make me feel calm. Your warming smiles and calming tones didn't go unnoticed thankyou. I suffer with autism and adhd, along with other things and these guys were fantastic with me before they even knew. I’m now a free man and can live the rest of my life working hard, and staying away from bad influences, all thanks to the good work of these guys. Special thanks to Mollie Wroe, Matthew Bean, and Andre Pickin for your brilliant advice and legal advice. Thanks to Michelle Waterworth & Natalie Brotherton for your honest and understanding reports. I don’t know if all of you will see this review, but you saved my life so thanks. I wish you all the best in your prospective careers.

About this branch

Description

The Johnson Partnership is one of the largest criminal law firm in England and Wales. We've achieved that status by being the best. We provide 24 hour emergency cover to handle arrests and interviews, and our team can take you through every part of the criminal justice process. Most cases begin with an arrest or interview by the police. If you are going to be interviewed you should always have a solicitor with you. It is free so you won't have to pay anything, and with our specialist team of police station advisors we can make sure you receive the best advice, whatever time of day or night. If the police believe that you have committed a crime then you may be charged and have to attend court. We have a dedicated team of solicitors who can represent you in court and advise you about the best course of action. Our advice is always personalised to you, to what is best in your individual situation. We will make sure that we explain everything clearly and help you to make the right decisions about how your case should go forward. Although the majority of cases are dealt with in the Magistrates Court some cases go to the Crown Court. We will help you decide whether that is right for your case, and if it does then we have a specialist team of Crown Court advocates and caseworkers who will conduct your case for you. We always work as a team with you. We will explain all the options that you have and how your case may go forward. Our goal in every case is to get the best possible outcome for you. As well as our general criminal teams we also have a specialist fraud department and a specialist prison law team.
