Going through a divorce is a stressful and challenging time, but Adele steered me through the complex legal process and I was happy with the outcome. Her staff were really friendly and helpful too, all of which makes a difference when facing the difficulties of a divorce. Adele and her team are absolutely first class. All of her advice was spot on and after following all of her recommendations I have walked away from a horrendous situation with my head held up high and feeling that I had an amazing team on my side and everything she said I was due was received. One of the worst years of my life was made a little less stressful by having Adele at my side , divorse is truly one of the hardest disissions to make and having someone like Adele really helped me , I was a complete emotional wreck but nothing was to much trouble for her , her advice and knowledge in helping me make some big and tough decisions was so reassuring , she even listened to me sobbing down the phone on more than one occasion.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending Adele , a true professional with a very kind and understanding heart .

Spence Family Law have been great. Adele Spence is a remarkable solicitor with a vast knowledge and ability. Her warmth and kindness towards her clients puts you at ease right away.
Going through anything family law related is hard, it really gets to you. The stress of the situation can be awful and going through court can be a horrendous experience. Having a good solicitor by your side who understands and is willing to help fight your case in the best way possible is not only vital, but it really does ease the burden family law problems can create.

Our Legal Experience.
My son had experienced a brutal and unsuspected divorce only to be served with an application to the courts by his ex-wife to take full custody of their two little children.
He was terrified he'd lose them.
This was a very traumatic time and Spence Family Law were recommended to us.
We were told that Adele and her team were "brilliant", dedicated, empathic , calm and supportive.
And they were. All of those things.
They listened patiently whilst we floundered in a sea of doubt.
They calmly explained the intricacies of how the legal system works.
They walked by our side all the way, and they won.
We can rest assured now, my son won 50/50 shared custody.
And we are so very grateful for all their work and effort which made this wonderful conclusion possible.
