We took some time deciding which firm to use to buy and sell our home. From the first phonecall with Deepa, I was sure we had made the right choice. Deepa was totally on the ball throughout what became a challenging case. She kept us informed with regular updates and took the time to explain things to me clearly when i didnt understand industry specific terms. She always returned my calls in a timely manner and worked very hard to keep the whole chain of 6 on schedule.

Me and my partner have just brought our first home and we dealt with deepa Patel and the team who were just amazing. So friendly, approachable, and professional. I have been involved with a few housing transactions and without a shadow of doubt Deepa Patel is the best solicitor I have been involved with. She kept us informed throughout the whole process and was always very clear. Whenever I contacted the solicitors she either spoke to me at the same time or got back to me usually within an hour. Emails were also promptly responded to. If I ever need to purchase another property or sell anywhere in the UK I will be contacting Walljameschappel and particularly Deepa as I have worked with her. The payment for services was also very competitive!

From day one I found everyone to be so helpful throughout the process of equity release, which, without their help I would have had no idea. Any problems that I couldn't understand, Deepa talked me through it in easier terms so that I did know what I had to do.

Moving house at 77 after years of living in the same house
It was never my intention to move in later life but a series of unfortunate events made me realise I needed to. I dreaded the thought of it and felt totally out of my depth. Mercifully I was fortunate enough to engage the services of Deepa, who, having the patience of a saint guided me through every twist and turn of the law. She listened, advised clearly and professionally. She patiently explained and resolved any misgivings I had. I am truly grateful for her support. My thanks also to the expertise of Susannah regarding wills. I shall be back to see her soon.
