Siobhan can also assist with transfers of equity and she has considerable experience in advising leaseholders with their lease extensions. When out of the office, Siobhán makes the most of her time with her family and friends visiting historical sites. She also loves long walks with the family pet, Murphy.

    Howell Jones were fantastic throughout. Siobhan and Adara were genuinely great to work with. Organised, thorough and responsive. I couldn't have asked for better quality support. My purchase needed to move quickly, and Siobhan was instrumental in keeping everything on track.     I was recommended to use Siobhan O'Connor of Howell Jones as my solicitor. She navigated me through the process of both selling my house and buying a leasehold 'retirement' flat with professionalism, patience and reassurance throughout. She was very approachable and supportive, clear in her communication explaining details in language you could understand. Her attention to detail was excellent specifically with regard to the lease on the flat. She went over and above her brief to ensure that some issues that arose were resolved in a calm and timely manner.
