I have been involved in property transactions for over 10 years, and I can honestly say that they have been the very best conveyancing team I have ever dealt with. The speed at which they handled everything was incredible. Despite the transaction being part of a chain, with a number of complications and moving parts along the way, they managed to get us to exchange in just under 10 weeks. That alone was a huge achievement and something I am extremely grateful for. What stood out even more was the level of communication and care. Every single email was answered, and whenever I called, one of the team was always there to speak to me. I never felt ignored, left in the dark or like I was simply another file on a desk. They made what can be an incredibly stressful process feel much more manageable. There was pressure from the buyers to complete the sale quickly in order to preserve the buyer's chain. Leena Hindocha working with Sara Lachhab, were a seamless double-act, so that there were absolutely no delays with members of the team having annual leave. Both Leena and Sara were very patient, explained everything and responded promptly to our emails or calls. We had complete confidence in them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
