Sale of Residential Property
The property had been in probate since it was put on the market. Sharon and her team carried out the conveyancing during this time in an efficient and timely manor up to the point of signing contracts.
Once probate was granted, her team was able to complete the house sale to my full and complete satisfaction. I am very happy with the price of service and the professionalism of Sandersons Solicitors.
