Sandersons assisted me in a BTL purchase, which involved a modern auction property (56 days timeframe to complete, no chain). I was also remortgaging to release equity from my main residence (towards the purchase capital). Under such time-pressures the service from Shazida Ullah was exemplary. Emails were clear and answered promptly, as were all information exchanges. The transaction went smoothly, and credit goes to Shazida's professionalism and dedication to providing excellent service.
