I had a less than straight forward land purchase to complete and was recommended to use Leigh Crowther by a large local estate agency, because she is "responsive, approachable and gets the job done". The first thing that impressed me is that when I rang for a quote, I spoke directly to Leigh and was straight away given helpful advice and a breakdown of costs, which are very competitive based on previous dealings with other local firms. During the purchase, Leigh was proactive with her communication to both me and the seller's solicitors. Any issues arising from the complexity of the purchase were quickly dealt with swiftly and I felt 100% that Leigh was prioritising what I wanted during the negotiation of terms with the other side as opposed to going for the easy option. Leigh advised me honestly about the implication of some of the clauses in the contract and was very knowledgeable in how best to approach achieving what I needed from the transaction. I cannot thank Leigh enough for remaining so motivated, cheerful and helpful during this difficult transaction. I would also like to say that the support team including, reception, finance and secretarial support were professional, friendly and responded quickly, a very refreshing attitude.

Long process due a to a complication caused by a previous solicitors on the purchase of the house, however they managed to rectify the issue and get the sale over the line.
