My will was updated easily and well advised of any amendments needing to be included. Ly LPAs (both welfare and finance) were well discussed about options and possible pitfalls. I found Louise Axford's advice easy to understand with any queries I had discussed at full length. I came away from the meeting with her feeling relaxed and well-informed about the updates of my will and issues that could have affected my LPAs. I made a recommendation to a friend who made an appointment with Louise and felt happy and well informed too.

Rewriting wills
Louise was very helpful in explaining our options for our new wills. The process was smooth and Louise answered any questions that arose, quickly and clearly. Writing a will is not a person's first choice of task to do, but Louise made it simple and straightforward.
