My experience was with Gemma Scourfield in the Pembrokeshire office. She was professional and knowledgeable at all times which was important to me but most importantly responsive to queries and concerns. The divorce finances process is hugely frustrating anyway, especially with an ex who dragged his heels persistently but Gemma advised me on how to deal with this process and most importantly used her experience to tell me when to not make life harder for myself than necessary. I never felt at any stage work was being done just to bump up my bill but equally emails were replied to promptly and times offered for calls when requested.

She took plenty of time to understand my situation during our original audio conversation and thereafter was quick to respond to any questions. I found her very proactive.
