Sale of an inherited property.
Happy with the sale of mother’s bungalow after she died.At the time I knew nothing about how to proceed with reference to the laws of probate etc. The work was done efficiently for me and progress or lack of was explained to me throughout. It took a long time waiting for some responses from outside sources causing unavoidable delays due to widespread Covid at that time.. Probate took a long time to come through and I believe had to be re applied for before it was completed, I was kept informed all along by Richard Porter and was able to ring in or e mail and get an answer to any questions I had. I felt confident with the team and was happy with the outcome. The long time it took I believe was due to hold ups waiting for answers and applying for legal requirements with delays due to covid . Overall I was happy with the team at Alletsons and would use them again if needed. I received courteous treatment at all times and had open access to ask any queries that arose. The bungalow was sold without any hassle for me for which I was very grateful. I

My go to solicitors
Alletsons have helped me through my divorce and subsequent will. Twenty years later Richard guided me through updating my will and just recently has helped me through my Probate application. They are as I said in my review title my go to solicitors.
