I was a little anxious upon setting out to achieve important legal matters but alletsons was there. I was reassured and they showed understanding. There was a relaxed and easy approached manner from Mr porter and the staff at your reception desk. They are very responsive and helpful with questions.

Most firms nowadays are digital. I do prefer a chat over the phone at least upon signing the documents rather than just reading it on my own and asking questions afterwards.

Asked about a matrimonial case, via an intercom........ That screams out that they have unhappy clients to begin with that they fear to confront in person.
They didn't even want to hear any details about what I required and told me they couldn't do it.
I'd give negative stars if I could, especially as I have previous experience working in a solicitors office.

Used them for my father's will and sell of his house, totally unprofessional service , original quote was no more than £4500 to get everything done...ending up costing us £22000 they charge for absolutely everything even emailing the office next door but don't tell you this to the end they do not corrispond and make you feel worthless as a beneficiary, totally useless save yourself some money and go to one of the professional solicitors in Bridgwater and not one that preys on grieving families...wish we had!
