House Sale
Both Clare and Kelly were kind, calm, efficient and professional during my house sale which was by no means straightforward. There were many hold ups and complications but they were always responsive and positive and worked efficiently to get the sale through with very tight deadlines. I would highly recommend them.

Very responsive
They are very responsive and helpful with questions.
Most firms nowadays are digital. I do prefer a chat over the phone at least upon signing the documents rather than just reading it on my own and asking questions afterwards.

Good service
Kelly and Clare- great team. We had an extremely long chain and at times it was all rather frustrating but Kelly always responded supportively with as much information she could provide.
Occasionally hard to get hold of either Clare or Kelly on the phone. But overall happy with the service and grateful
