Purchase of land
Gillian was great at communicating with us throughout. The original fee earner was often not available but Gillian always took our calls and answered and explained any queries we had. She really went above and beyond in such a professional manner, I really couldn’t recommend anyone better to use, Gillian has made definitely want to use Thatcher and Hallam again in the future.

Sale of Flat
Laura and Gillian were exceptionally helpful throughout the sale. Communication was consistent and concise. Their determination to get the sale over the line despite the best efforts of the unprofessional other side were more than admirable.

Excellent
Gillian was fantastic!
Unfortunately buying a house was made extremely difficult for us due to our mortgage advisor not actually sorting our mortgage out in time. This made mine and my partners process extremely stressful as first time buyers. However Gillian was really reassuring and knowledgeable, which helped us in every possible way, I don’t think I would have coped without her support and will forever be greatful. Sadly we were unable to go through with this first sale due to the timescale of it all, but with the use of Gillian knowledge I am and contacts, I am moving to a new mortgage advisor to begin the whole process again and I will definitely be using Gillian at Thatcher and Hallam to help me with my first time buying process again.

House Sale
Laura and Gillian were great at handling my sale. They always replied to emails the same day and took my calls which from past experience with other solicitors hadnt been the case. Very professional and helpful. would highly recommend and will use again.
