Excellent service for property sale & purchase with Nathan
Nathan assisted us with two sales and a purchase, and was excellent throughout - diligent, thorough and responsive. He was also able to recommend surveyors. He made the whole process easy to deal with on the admin side. The fees were entirely reasonable. We would definitely recommend him.

Excellent service
I had a really easy and efficient service from Nathan at Ashley Wilson. He managed a deed transfer. He and his team were very communicative, kept me informed and ensured that the transfer went through really quickly. A bonus was everything could be done remotely. I would definitely recommend.

Attentive, patient, and accurate partnership
Nathan was spectacular in our experience with a first-time property purchase. The process was not easy, partly from several challenges faced with the seller, and partly because we had a million questions and concerns throughout the process (ex: fear or gazump, questions on documents). Despite it all, Nathan was cool, calm, and collected, but always listened and reassured us. He was a solicitor that was genuinely trustworthy - always felt like he prioritising our best interest as his clients even if it was inconvenient. Another quality that stood out was his responsiveness and timeliness on all actions. Would highly recommend and will be working with him in future endeavors as well.

Feel safe with Nathan’s expertise and eye for detail.
Nathan Woods handled my sale and purchase. He is highly responsive, hard working and has an eye for detail. His advice can be relied upon because he has the experience to suggest a course that balances risk and is proportionate. Nathan is slightly more expensive than some other solicitors who may give your quotes, but the standard of service and advice will far outweigh the cost I can assure you.

Sale of Parents' House
I will always be very grateful to Nathan for his time, help and patience related to the sale of Mum and Dad's house. His patience was greatly appreciated, given the number of times the sale fell through and the ineptitude shown by the Estate Agents.

Efficient and proactive conveyancing
We had direct contact with our Solicitor, Nathan, who was a real pleasure to work with! He was very proactive in making sure to progress our case, a strong communicator, and gave clear and helpful advice. I can't think of a time it took him more than a day to respond to our email. We'd highly recommend him and indeed already have!
