Great professional service throughout the sale of our property, despite several curve balls JMP remained unphased and focused to complete the process ahead of schedule, thanks for the claim approach in the often stressful times..... We will recommend JMP and use them again thank you....

Selling a loved ones estate through JMP, the app and communication is chaotic, unhelpful and extremely distressing. Lead solicitor was often slow to respond or out of reach. Having used Kerry Davey for probate work, we had high expectations because of the wonderful service we had from her. The app was poor when having to sign from 2 different executors, no provision was made for the 20 year old daughter trying to handle the estate of her late dad. One set of signatures dropped off through an app issue and we werent made aware and had to sign again weeks later. Karli O'connor was the lady who pulled it all together and went out of her way to sort everything. There's a lot to be said about old fashioned communication. Thank you Karli

Anne helped me with buying a house, some things could of been done a little quicker as there was a bit of confusion at the start but she made she everything was right which is the most important part.
