JMP were recommended and so we approached them to discuss whether existing wills, on-line and approx 10 years old, were still adequate or if new ones should be drafted. From initial advice given by Dan it was clear that the original wills were not fully reflecting our current wishes. We discussed options of the way forward and agreed how we wished to proceed. From then to completion of the new wills was efficient, simple and Dan was thorough and very pleasant to deal with.

Really happy with JMP's service after being recommended to them by my mortgage broker. Initial onboarding and enquiries with Felicity Allen were seamless and gave me a good first impression of JMP. My solicitor, Anne Emmerson was lightning fast to respond to any queries and made me feel very supported through a difficult time in my life, progressing through every stage with a no-nonsense attitude and getting things done rapidly with a very tight turnaround needed. Charlotte Ford-Pain was very helpful and quick to reply with enquiries about the completion statement too, and Jacob (not sure on surname, sorry!) was also a great help on the phone. Excellent service from JMP and Nicola We had a great experience with JMP and Nicola throughout the whole process. They were always responsive, happy to answer any questions we had, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. We were kept regularly updated on everything that was happening, and being able to track the progress through the app was really useful. This was also complemented by regular updates and communication from Nicola and the wider team, so we always felt informed and knew what to expect. As first-time buyers, having that level of support was especially reassuring. Everyone was approachable and helpful, and it was great to have easy access to any information we needed. Incredibly efficient, telephoned you back - never avoided difficult conversations. Very knowledgeable about things that were not straightforward! Had used Stephanie for a previous sale process and again her knowledge allowed that sale to progress smoothly. Alicia and Jacob kept us updated both by email and telephone too. They pursued and dealt with enquires efficiently. A lot was done behind the scenes, only asking for information from me when appropriate. The onboarding process was new to me but was very straightforward and easy to navigate. It allowed you to see exactly what stage everything was at.
