After separating from my husband, I needed to transfer the equity in our property and was recommended to use JMP. From start to finish, I found them incredibly efficient, professional, and supportive. The team was always easy to contact by phone or email, and if I ever needed a callback, they always got back to me promptly. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and approachable, but I would particularly like to mention Nicola and Nikita. They were both extremely helpful, professional, and reassuring throughout the process. Their friendly manner immediately put me at ease, and they were always on hand to answer any questions or provide updates whenever I needed them. As the transfer involved my ex-husband and his parents, who I had authorised to speak on my behalf, there were naturally a lot of questions from different parties. JMP handled this brilliantly, taking the time to answer everyone’s queries and ensuring that all involved felt informed and reassured. Because the situation was amicable, it was important that communication remained clear and positive, and JMP managed this exceptionally well. The entire process ran smoothly from my perspective.
