From day 1 Stephanie and her team was great in communication, and they made the whole process as stress free as possible. Even though our house purchase was not straight forward and we came up with a few issues along the way in terms of additional pressures been put on by other parties, Stephanie was well prepared to deal and action with all our queries. Stephanie & Alicia have been absolutely amazing throughout our house buying process! We have had many complications during this time and Stephanie has been supportive, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. She has made sure that everything has been done to a high standard, her timing is impeccable. I haven’t had to chase her or organise anything because they are both already on it! Stephanie and the team were always helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I felt in safe hands throughout the process . We were working to tight timelines as requested by the seller and Stephanie and the team managed to accomplish this. I had a couple of calls with Stephanie and she was warm, professional and knowledgeable. My only small improver would be that as well as sending all documentation to include a summary of key points or relevant highlights. At times I felt a bit lost in terms of what was important and what was just for me to keep so sometimes felt I had to read everything and it was a little overwhelming. If I had some commentary that would have been helpful. Other than this I felt Stephanie was on the ball and had my best interests at the front of her mind at all times. I would def recommend JMP and would happily work with Stephanie and team again.
