Jen was the consummate professional from start to finish. She was always prompt at responding to queries and kept me up to date every step of the way. Even when things looked very dicey, she was encouraging and tenacious in getting this through. She also made very useful suggestions and was proactive in finding solutions to problems that came up time and time again. I found her very pleasant and easy to communicate with. She did a stellar job for me and I would not hesitate to recommend her, or the firm to anyone needing conveyancing.
Tom did an amazing job in getting me over the line in Jen's absence.

House Sale and Purchase
Having used Glaisyers for the sale of my daughter’s property I was impressed by the level of service and decided to use them again for the sale of my house and purchase of my new house. Requests both by telephone and email were answered promptly and to my complete satisfaction. They were proactive both in chasing the solicitors of the buyers of my property and communicating with the solicitors acting for the property that I was purchasing. Overall, an extremely professional company with personnel who care and want to deliver an excellent service. Would recommend them and would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

House Purchase
I used this company again as I had used them previously and was extremely happy with the service that I received. The personnel who I dealt with (primarily Tom Simpson and Kathryn O’Rourke) were approachable, knowledgeable, customer focussed and gave sound advice when I raised an issue. I also had to visit the office to meet with Tom and he was polite, pleasant, and made you feel comfortable and at ease.
