Jen was the consummate professional from start to finish. She was always prompt at responding to queries and kept me up to date every step of the way. Even when things looked very dicey, she was encouraging and tenacious in getting this through. She also made very useful suggestions and was proactive in finding solutions to problems that came up time and time again. I found her very pleasant and easy to communicate with.
