Excellent, Bespoke and Friendly
Jen has been wonderful throughout the process of selling our house. Coming from a difficult divorce, with children to think about and high anxiety - Jen was absolutely brilliant in answering all my questions and making the whole process feel achievable. Conveyancing service
Jen was the consummate professional from start to finish. She was always prompt at responding to queries and kept me up to date every step of the way. Even when things looked very dicey, she was encouraging and tenacious in getting this through. She also made very useful suggestions and was proactive in finding solutions to problems that came up time and time again. I found her very pleasant and easy to communicate with. She did a stellar job for me and I would not hesitate to recommend her, or the firm to anyone needing conveyancing.
Tom did an amazing job in getting me over the line in Jen's absence.

I can highly recommend Jen Shackley and the conveyancing team at Glaisyers.
Jen dealt with both my sale and purchase so professionally. She gave honest and clear advice throughout and kept us updated every step of the way!
We never had to chase anything as she was always one step ahead, communication was just excellent!
Jen and the team went above and beyond to make it a smooth, stress free process. If I had any worries or concerns they were dealt with straight away in a friendly manor.
Really was a 5 star service from start to finish and great value for money!

Very pleased First Time homebuyer
I had such a great experience with Glaisyers Solicitors. Jen was absolutely fantastic to work with. As a First Time Buyer I had no previous experience regarding the buying process and I felt my case was very well looked after. Jen was professional, efficient and great at communicating, to name a few and was really ahead of the game. You hear horror stories of solicitors in the conveyancing process, but I can honestly say that Jen was amazing.
