Lisa was absolutely fantastic throughout. She was professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring, while always being clear, concise and honest about the situation. I always felt that she genuinely had my back. She had a very calming and empathetic way of explaining things, which made a difficult and stressful situation feel much more manageable. She was reassuring without ever giving false hope, and always made sure I understood my options and what was happening. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her, and she was consistently approachable, supportive and thorough. I’m extremely grateful for the help she gave me and would not hesitate to recommend her.

I found Lisa and Pharaoh Law to be a very welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable around Employment Law. With a tight deadline imposed on them by me and the process I was in, this made timelines very tight. However, this was not an issue for Pharaoh Law, all advice, paperwork and support was provided in a very timely fashion and in line with very tight deadlines. .. Polite, Considerate and Professional During Redundancy .. I was being laid off from my job after 15 years and needed some legal support. Pharaoh Law were local to me and were able to accomodate my request at very short notice. The team at Pharaoh Law were polite, considerate and professional. Communicating with them via email or in-person always felt like I was being properly listened to and my opinions, thoughts and needs were understood during the whole process. Highly recommended.
