Avoid!! Most stressful time dealing with these solicitors, extremely unprofessional. Ignore phone calls, emails, and fob you off. Nearly lost completion of my property due to this firm. Sarah LeBond left the company with no prior notice, whilst the company stated due to her retirement (who does not plan for a life changing event such as this?).

I made my complaint officially with BES but they were uninterested as they had received my payment for their services already.

Imran was unhelpful and would not take responsibility for an oversight he made on completion of my file.

Documents lost, inaccuracies… avoid!

I have no positive things to say about this solicitor practice at all. It’s been 5 months and the conveyancing has still not been completed - a sale that has no chain. The staff have been no help at all and I’m frustrated and annoyed. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this, so I would suggest you choose an alternative practice.
In 5 months I have had 2 emails. That’s it! Appalling and unprofessional.

I can not recommend Imran any more highly for the first hand professional experience in helping with the purchase of my property.
Conveyancing is such a stressful event .I had faith in Imran from day one and he delivered within the time frame he expected and stated. He was helpful, polite and courteous. I would definitely be using him AGAIN. A thorough five star experience.
