Imran was the conveyancer in 2023 for the purchase of our new home. From the outset there was no communication & that went from bad to worse!! I was not able to talk to him on the phone throughout the entire process as there were numerous excuses as to where he was. During the 4/5 months he acted for us he was away from the office for three extended periods for holiday & family issues which is fair enough but no one was left acting on his behalf which meant weeks passed without us hearing anything. Stephanie from BES was the solicitor acting for us on the sale of our home & we had no complaints with her. She was very responsive, answered our phone calls etc & even she had issues with Imran being unresponsive & not knowing when he would be back in the office which massively held things up. Finally Bernard took over from Imran & things got better as he would answer our phone calls & ring us with updates (as did Stephanie). We made numerous complaints as did our estate agents as the frustration was unbearable & we’re told the directors would contact us….they never did, which says a lot about the company. Looking at all the negative reviews with similar complaints against him it beggars belief that Imran is still aloud to practice ‘ worse that it appears he is a director so there really is no hope for the company. Avoid at all costs or you will live to regret it.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The Conveyancer was rude, unresponsive, unprofessional and lacked integrity. Buying a property through BES was the most stressful and frustrating experience. It will take months to recover from the trauma.
