Zara was my solicitor throughout a 2 and a half year wait for a trial in Crown court with my ex step mother, I was falsely accused of a malicious communication and spreading false information when I was being abused and harassed, Zara was so helpful and listened to my side of everything, Zara knew exactly how to deal with this type of case and reassured me nearly every week as I was so stressed about the situation, I was found not guilty, thanks to this law firm. I highly recommend Zara if you ever need a fantastic solicitor!

I had a case start up like a joke with my BM, over her previous child, and I got reported to the police over the child bruise which was actually from a fall, but I was accused of hitting the child which she claimed caused the bruise and also went ahead to lie that she saw me hit the child, when in fact she wasn’t even around in the apartment when the incident happened, you might be thinking there’s no smoke without fire, the reason for this action and several other actin the past was cause I refused to proceed with marriage after I have been abused severally both physically and mentally. To cut it short, I was charged with ABH even after going in for a voluntary interview, which was where I met Spartans law for the first time and was represented by Samina Kausar , after which the case was first heard at St Albans magistrate court and my solicitor Zara at that hearing advised I request for a transfer to a crown court, where I will stand a chance to have jury make their decision instead of putting all my trust in one judge. Case got transferred, I had a restraining order placed against me for more than 1 year (throughout the case period) and I couldn’t even see my new born daughter who was barely 3months before the whole incident started. I was represented by couple of other lawyers, during the hearings and luckily, the case got dropped on the 24th of January 2025, and I was found not guilty. Spartans Law and all its staff and representatives were nothing short of AMAZING, from always keeping me updated to emotionally encouraging me, even when I dealt with depression, they made sure I was okay and sent in the best of the best lawyers to represent me. I can only be grateful to and Spartans law for seeing me through this ordeal and staying by my side until victory was achieved.

I had a good experience with this firm staff are really helpful and on time when needed and really polite and respectful and always here when you need them 7 days a week mr shah who is number one solicitor and mrs Zara they both are really good have dealt with my case
I was charged with a serious fraud offence which was of a significant value Mr Shah and Ms Akhtar worked tirelessly on my case which had been over hanging for 4 years and I was found not guilty at Luton Crown Court. This was the most happiest day of my life and I am extremely thankful to the team at Spartan Law. They are simply the best.

Where can I start all the staff where friendly and very clear with how to proceed but one person really stood out and thats Zara she was a great help even whilst im abroad with bad reception l, great firm hopefully won't have to use again but if I do I will.

Expert in Criminal Law Spartans Law is one of the best Solicitors in the whole of the country who helped me defend serious allegations where I was looking at double figure custodial sentence to life. Mr Shah kept me calm throughout the 4 years of investigation and impending trial. The struggle was overwhelming for me both physcially and mentally. Mr Shah advised me on the prosecution evidence throughout my case. At one point I felt this would be impossible to overcome but Mr Shah and his team of professionals saved my life and I was found not guilty in an intense trial at the crown court. I cannot thank them enough for all their efforts which were genuine and I am very happy I along with my family can move on with our lives. Their services are second to none.
