I had a case start up like a joke with my BM, over her previous child, and I got reported to the police over the child bruise which was actually from a fall, but I was accused of hitting the child which she claimed caused the bruise and also went ahead to lie that she saw me hit the child, when in fact she wasn’t even around in the apartment when the incident happened, you might be thinking there’s no smoke without fire, the reason for this action and several other actin the past was cause I refused to proceed with marriage after I have been abused severally both physically and mentally. To cut it short, I was charged with ABH even after going in for a voluntary interview, which was where I met Spartans law for the first time and was represented by Samina Kausar , after which the case was first heard at St Albans magistrate court and my solicitor Zara at that hearing advised I request for a transfer to a crown court, where I will stand a chance to have jury make their decision instead of putting all my trust in one judge. Case got transferred, I had a restraining order placed against me for more than 1 year (throughout the case period) and I couldn’t even see my new born daughter who was barely 3months before the whole incident started. I was represented by couple of other lawyers, during the hearings and luckily, the case got dropped on the 24th of January 2025, and I was found not guilty. Spartans Law and all its staff and representatives were nothing short of AMAZING, from always keeping me updated to emotionally encouraging me, even when I dealt with depression, they made sure I was okay and sent in the best of the best lawyers to represent me. I can only be grateful to and Spartans law for seeing me through this ordeal and staying by my side until victory was achieved.
