Poor service

Poor communication. Constantly asked questions when we had already provided a detailed package, obviously could not be bothered to read over it. Never chased anything, our estate agent did all of the chasing. Made an error invoicing us and now want another £9. Christie Russell was rude and they did not communicate with me professionally.
