Approachable, knowledgable and highly effective
When I first reached out to Juliette and Jessica about having difficulties in my marriage, their advice was to seek counselling and to work it out. When I sadly later reached the end of the road and divorce felt like the only option, I met with a couple of other firms to discuss next steps. But I was drawn back to Peters May due to that initial advice. During the ensuing 15 months, their support was extremely valuable to me. What started as a "friendly" divorce turned out to be a very acriminous one. Jessica, who took the lead on my case, was always very balanced and reasonable in her approach. Whilst I was liable to give in to my emotions (quite angry, quite often!), she always brought me back to a more pragmatic and rationale approach. I am very grateful for the outcome that we achieved in terms of both my finances and childcare arrangements.
