First time property buyer and Ayaaz was very honest from the beginning with the whole process of buying a new build with Islamic finance - we decided to go ahead anyway and Henna was assigned to our case. The process was stressful but ultimately we completed everything in timely fashion thanks to Henna - she gave sound advice from beginning to end One area I think that could be improved on would be communication - sometimes I felt like I was chasing up queries without any updates Overall a satisfactory experience and would recommend to others
Hi Imran, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are so pleased that Ayaaz, Henna & the team helped alleviate some of the stress of being a first-time buyer. We understand how overwhelming the Conveyancing process can be so it's great to hear that you felt supported throughout. We appreciate your comments regarding our communication and will take this on board to help us improve our service in the future. Your recommendation is most appreciated. Best wishes, the team at Blakewater Solicitors.

I have dealt with multiple law firms for various conveyancing transactions. This firm by far is above them all. The service provided by Ayaaz Darr was exceptional. He would always communicate promptly and his legal knowledge was excellent. The transaction was made to look very simple and easy. This is a credit to Blakewater Solicitors and the team they have created. I will in future never use another firm ever again besides Blakewater Solicitors. 10/10 there is nothing more to say.

As first-time buyers, we were quite nervous about the whole process, especially as we were purchasing through an Islamic finance arrangement, which was completely new to us. However, Hassan and Ayaaz were fantastic throughout. They were proactive, responsive, and always happy to answer our questions. They guided us through every step of the process, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. We always felt well informed and supported, and their communication was excellent from start to finish. Thanks to their professionalism and expertise, our purchase completed smoothly and successfully. We are extremely grateful to Hassan, Ayaaz, and the wider team for all their hard work and would highly recommend Blakewater Solicitors to anyone, particularly first-time buyers or those purchasing through Islamic finance. Thank you again for all your help !

Both Ayaaz and Hassan were extremely efficient throughout the conveyance process. They stayed on top of the progress of the entire chain. Having dealt with few other conveyancers in the past we can comfortably vouch for their professionalism and efficiency. Their service was truly exceptional.
