Chris Harrington has been a pleasure to work with and is extremely thorough and knowledgeable in all thing's traffic. He helped us collate everything we needed to make representations to the Traffic Commissioner who in turn granted us the Restricted Operators License we had applied for, without the need for a public enquiry.
