I met with Carolyn on occasions in order to secure an O Licence for my company. Carolyn has been extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very competent throughout what was a drawn out process in achieving the licence. Carolyn wasn't just there 'at the beginning', but she attended an external meeting with me, and when I suffered delays later, she was still supporting me and corresponding with relevant bodies.
